I have had many questions about the person in the header photo.  It’s not Farquhar MacRae of Morvich, but instead, this is Farquhar’s son, Donald MacRae of Kintail / Glenshiel (according to 60 years of Scotland Census reports), and my great great grandfather.

The photo was taken between 1900 and 1909 (Donald MacRae of Kintail, Scotland passed away in 1909).
